Five 30-Minute Episode Documentary Series
“Eyes of the Storm” is a unique behind the scenes look at the most destructive weather events in recent history as told through the eyes of “First Informers” also known as local broadcast journalists and meteorologists. This unprecedented documentary is a decade in the making. A multi-state team traveled within days into each disaster area and have collected more than 200 interviews and footage covering 75+ stations, 16 states and 15TB of footage, most of which has never been broadcast. This cinematic approach to covering how radio and television broadcasters cover weather events comes at a time when trust in news organizations is crucial to saving lives.
